COVID-19 Update, Policies and Protocols

August 2020 - Update!

Effective Saturday July 18 at 9:00am, KeepNFit Personal Training & Transformation Studio can FINALLY bring you all back indoors!

We still have some protocols and restrictions in place to ensure your and our safety:

  • Classes will now be INDOORS and OUTDOORS with pre-designated spots spaced 7 feet apart.

  • Please come prepared with your own towel, water bottle +/- mat.  Our water cooler will NOT be available for use.

  • Class sizes will be limited and have a MAXIMUM of 13 participants to ensure appropriate physical distancing, following all necessary safety precautions.

  • Classes will be 45 minutes long to allow for adequate cleaning and disinfecting in between each class.

  • Classes will continue to have MINIMUM equipment to ensure little to no cross-contamination and ensuring safety of our clients and staff.


When Coming to Class:

  • Upon entering the building, please sanitize your hands using the provided hand sanitizer.

  • Please complete the FULL Covid-19 screener (included in your reminder email) 24 HOURS PRIOR TO ATTENDING CLASS.  If you do not pass this screener, please let us know as you should not be coming to class.

  • Please come prepared with your own water bottle, towel, +/- mat and any equipment you choose to bring with you.  Equipment is NOT mandatory, however if you are more comfortable to bring your own, please feel free to do so.

  • You will be required to complete and sign a very brief Covid-19 screening questionnaire before participating in class.  Instructors reserve the right to refuse class participation if you do not pass this screener.

  • Masks are NOT mandatory for clients due to safety precautions (it is not advisable to wear a mask while working out), however, your instructor/trainer will be wearing a mask during class.  If you feel more comfortable participating in a mask, you may do so knowing the risks associated with it.

 

While we miss you all JUST AS MUCH as you miss us, we ask that when class is finished, all participants to please return to your vehicles.
