Personal Training

We are ready to motivate YOU and help YOU achieve YOUR fitness goals! Together we will set personal fitness goals, make a workout plan and set it into action!

 

Our workouts are effective, fun,  safe, and are all based on YOUR current fitness level and overall fitness goals.

Sessions are 30 minutes long with various times available through the day ranging from early morning until evening.

Online Programs

Nutritional Counselling

Despite all the diet strategies out there, weight management still comes down to the calories you take in versus those you burn off. We will teach YOU how YOU can maintain a healthy diet by making small changes like:

  • Swapping high-calorie, low-nutrition foods for more nutritious options

  • Reducing portion sizes

  • AND MANY MORE GREAT TIPS!

Together, we will come up with a plan that fits your lifestyle and most importantly something you will enjoy!

​We offer a variety of online training programs such as customized workout plans created just for you, based on your current fitness level, equipment and time, as well as online nutrition consultation and meal planning!
